1) The $100 consultation fee is non-refundable. 2) Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. *Clients must message DidiLuxeCouture directly to request a reschedule. If there is availability, a new date and time will be assigned. 3) Cancellations or missed appointments automatically forfeit the consultation fee, and a new consultation booking will be required to continue. No refunds will be issued. 4) Punctuality: A 15-minute grace period is permitted. If the client has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and automatically cancelled. The consultation fee will be forfeited. 5) Measurement & Dressing Guide: To ensure accurate and comfortable measurements for all clients, please come wearing fitted clothing. For female clients, a classic brassiere is advised (avoid sports bras). Special Offer: If you secure your couture order within 24 hours after receiving your quote, your consultation fee will be credited toward your final balance. 📌 Important Notes -Booking a consultation does not secure a production slot. -Couture slots are only secured once a deposit has been received. -Details of the payment plan (35% deposit, 40% production payment, 25% final balance) will be discussed during your consultation.

Payment Plan: - 75% deposit is due at the consultation appointment to begin production. - 25% balance is due at the final fitting and pickup. A one-on-one fitting is strongly recommended. Clients who are unable to attend their fitting assume responsibility for any fit issues that may arise.
